Some Stanford University Medical Center OD Experiments: Personal Chronicles
Captured here are links to a series of Organizational Development (OD) experiments I ran between 2009–2014 when I was a part of the Stanford University Medical (SUMC) Center OD Department. Many of these experiments and approaches, I think, achieved milestones in the field of Organizational Development.
Note, eleven of these blog-posts were written in early 2015, soon after I left SUMC. For various reasons, the twelfth piece was written 3 years later, in 2018. I discovered that the previous summary piece listing these twelve posts no longer exists, and so decided to summarize these here.
